I led the IT Infrastructure & Technology Teams in the region focusing on IT infrastructure for Application Operations, EUCS, Project Management & Post Transaction M&A Executions in the APAC & MENA Region. As a Subject Matter Expert on IT and Digital Technologies, I helped develop new technologies, review delivery and consult for new/existing projects resulting in sharper focus on regional infrastructure growth. I represented the region to setup strategy, build capability and deliver projects around 'Infrastructure and Digital products' across the IT and Digital spectrum: from Technology selection to migration approach, then to project setup, delivery and support.I was assigned responsibilities for setting first "Digital Incubation Lab" at Gurugram leveraging incubation for Digital Innovations and products across the business lines focusing on RPA, XR & IIoT 4.0. By 2020 the Lab has executed 3 successful POC projects.
