He is the MD and CEO of INAS Social, a strategic advisory and HR support firm that works with large development sector organizations and corporate entities.Vikramjeet's core competencies include designing and implementing CSR initiatives, conducting research and evaluation studies, facilitating organizational development and change management, and providing HR restructuring and capacity building services. He has successfully executed a wide range of projects with UNICEF, the Planning Department of Rajasthan, and the Ministry of Labour and Employment. He is also a member of the advisory committee of the Central Board for Workers Education, a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
