 Performing lead auditor responsibilities for ISO 14001. Hyatt Capital Gate has been certified ISO 14001 within first year of operation. Co-coordinating & monitoring PPM schedule of engineering assets. Preparing Annual Budget for Department. Planning R & M activities in line with Approved Budget.  Maintain all records related to HACCP. Preparing and Implementing Energy conservation plans. Plan and implement schedule to overcome gap findings in life & safety audit.  Responsible for preparing month end report for corporate. Implementing OJT (On job training) for POMEC colleague based on operation needs being as certified Dept. trainer. Coordinating with vendors to accomplish various engg. Complex jobs.  Delivering EM role in his absence. Supervising daily operation Engg. Dept.
