Here responsible for complete cycle from RM purchase to Dispatches, B2B & B2C distribution, Preparing Budgets, Forecasting, Production, Quality assurance, Materials Management, Logistics for sales & distribution, HR department, Maintenance with total 1000+ Manpower (Operations+ Marketing) Group Info : North India's largest Bio Fertilizer & Bio Pesticide plant with total 1000+ Manpower ( Operations+ Marketing) and having a rapidly growing turn over of 150 Cr./Annum.Manufacturer of Bio fertilizers, in the form of granules, powder & liquid & Bio Pesticides in Liquid, & powder form with having the huge capacity of per day 400 Metric Tons from granules plant & 1000 Metric Tons from Powder plant.The product range in Bio Fertilizers are PDM (Potash derived from molasses), PROM, NPK, Zyme, Zinc, Gypsum, KMB etc. & many more products in Bio fertilizers with Microbial Consortia i.e. Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum family and In PGR ( Plant Growth promotor ) Acetobacter & ZSB.Product range in Bio Pesticides with the help of microorganisms, Bacterial and Fungi for different kind of diseases are being used i.e. Trichoderma, Pseudomonas, Beauveria bassiana etc.Customers : Company is having a huge network of approx 4000 distributers in Pan India and also supplying to state Govt. Societies and in Tenders too. Company has customer i.e. RCF (Rashtriya chemical & Fertilizers ), NFL (National Fertilizers), UTTAM, Zuari , NAFED, Punjab Agro, Markfed & KRIBHCO etc.Some of the routine checks are :-> Daily Glass wall meeting to ensure day to day planned activities. > Daily Inventory management of raw material FG & Packing Material for seamless deliveries.> Inward & outward Freights> Incoming, In process & Outgoing Quality assurance.

Working with an OEM, (Girish Electricals Products)-as Head Operations.Group Info: Total 8 Units, 5 in Haridwar & 3 in NCR having 225Crs. group with 800+ Manpower.manufacturer of Electrical Appliances, Modular Switches, Socket, Plates, Wires- multicores, conduit pipe, flexible pipes, Led bulbs, Led tubes, Heaters, Fans etc. Manufacturing facilities like - high tech Injection Moulding Machines, Wire Extruder. Having healthy competition with Havells, Panasonic and Anchor.My Profile- Managing 4 Operational Plants & 1 Warehouse in Haridwar, as Operations Head for PPC, Production, Quality Assurance, Material Management, Maintenance, & FG warehouse Management.This was like a green field project in terms of systems.My role begins with establishing the required departments & Hierarchy for PPC, Quality Assurance ( IQC-In process & Outgoing). Here some decisions taken & actions are :-> Inventory recounted & found 24 Lacs Moulded & metallic parts gap due to which production planning was not accurate. After correction in inventory & good production planning, production increased from 10 Lacs parts/month to 14 Lacs parts/ month, approx. 40 % increase in 3 months.> Due to poor planning market backlog was huge, only covering 128 models in a month, but after covered models increased to 160 & backlog was 0.> Daily Morning meeting started with previous day planned vs. gaps in production, quality, maintenance, materials, HR, PPC for analysis & recovery plan. > Initially, Quality department did not exist, in process rejection was huge due to bad material supplied direct at line from store, but after existence of IQC department, material captured before shop floor & in process rejection reduced, where it hits the productivity directly.> IQC rejected material started sent back to supplier with rejection report & samples for actions.> Line stoppages eliminated due to materials, by maintaining Min- Max level & FIFO system applied,
