Training given to 350 supervisors in different batches. Total training given 600+ man-days till.Designing in-house training manuals for training programs about TQM 5S-3M), TPM, DWM, Kaizen, SMED, Poka Yoke & other key elements of business excellence. Responsibilities for defining standards and guidelines for excellent business results in terms of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, & Morale). Monthly MIS review of Operations as well as financials on the basis of designed format with plant management.
