During my tenure as the Secretary of the Indian Society of Technical Education at my college, I had the privilege to contribute to the growth and development of our technical community. Over the course of a year, I took on various responsibilities, including coordinating events, managing communication, and facilitating collaboration among our members.I learned to adapt to changing situations, manage competing priorities, and foster a spirit of innovation within the organization. My first role as Junior Executive at Flipkart was full of learnings. It was exciting to be a part of India's Leading E Commerce Company. I learned and experienced how things are planned and executed on ground level.
