With over 25 years of experience in CSR, training, education, and technology, I am deeply grateful for the journey that has shaped my professional life. I have the privilege of leading the partnerships and communications team at NIIT Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing skill development and education programs to underprivileged youth in India.Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to develop core competencies in partnerships, account management, project management, operations management, quality management, technology implementation, and software development. I am proud to have successfully implemented large projects and innovative programs, managing NGO and corporate partnerships to create meaningful social impact and value for our stakeholders. My MBA in IT and International Business and various certifications, including a qualification in Organizational Excellence through Leadership from IIM Bangalore, have enabled me to enhance our technology and data capabilities, fostering organizational excellence and leadership.My mission is to empower marginalized and underserved communities with quality education and employable skills and to cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration within and across sectors. I am passionate about sharing my insights and experiences through blogging and speaking at various forums and events.
