Vikram is Private Equity Operating Partner at Apollo Global Management. He focuses on creating value and growth for the funds and portfolio companies at the intersection of Data, AI and Digital. Prior to Apollo Vikram lead a ~ 300 mm business at Genpact for cloud-native clients focused on digital advertising, payments and digital commerce. Among other leadership positions at Genpact, he led global digital transformation business. His team was responsible for creating transformation solutions in large scale managed services deals, which includes Artificial Intelligence, Experience, Automation, Analytics and Cloud. Prior to this role he also created Artificial Intelligence Business at Genpact, overseeing products and services offered across verticals including manufacturing, retail, pharma, insurance and banking.Based in Boston, Vikram was an entrepreneur, he built the AI solutions business at RAGE Frameworks that was acquired by Genpact in 2017. Prior to RAGE Vikram spent a decade at Deloitte in various leadership roles including – building an advanced analytics products and services business; led digital transformation for multi-billion audit business; established strategy and operations in emerging markets; consulted C-suite at several fortune 500 companies.His thoughts on AI are frequently published in HBR, MIT SMR, WSJ etc. Also, he is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at UMASS Amherst, College of Computer Science.
