Roles and Responsibilities:- Conduct business analysis for new projects and client on boarding- Document business requirements, prepare BRD, FRD and other relevant documentation- Collaborate with Ops executives, managers, and clients to comprehend business needs- Develop and maintain an understanding of processes and customer needs- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure required solutions are delivered on time- Develop functional specifications for projects using various techniques such as presentations, diagrams, and mock-ups - Bridge communication gaps between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements.- Collaborate with users to plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs- Establish mechanisms such as Project Planning, Documentation, and Communication for efficient project control- Play a key role as the primary contact for clients and the development team during implementation- Perform Gap Analysis and assess system change impacts- Propose process improvements for business growth and efficiency- Obtain and communicate sign-off to development and infrastructure teams- Build relationships with stakeholders, teams, and vendors

BA Responsibilities- Interaction with difrent stakeholder for requirement elicitation.- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to address technology gaps- Implement technology-driven solutions aligned with business needs- Establish project management mechanisms for expectations, risk, and change- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify areas for improvement- Present ideas to stakeholders and leadership, obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs- Lead project management, including planning, monitoring, and best practice development- Cultivate a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and problem-solvingCRM Implementations- Design solutions and customize modules in the CRM, including configuration- Manage user accounts, generate reports, and create dashboards- Analyse CRM data to produce insightful reports for management- Resolve CRM user issues, provide training, and collect feedback for improvements- Work with marketing to design and implement CRM-based customer communication strategies- Conduct regular data quality checks and implement data cleansing processes within the CRM- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data mapping and transfer within the CRM- Analyse user adoption patterns and recommend training initiatives to optimize CRM utilization- Provide end-user support for CRM-related inquiries and technical issuesDevelopment of Assessment Engine- Manage project aspects from requirement gathering to implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.- Oversee end-to-end management of in-house Vikalp Assessment and Evaluation System (VANES).- Act as a vital intermediary, fostering effective communication between team of developers and business teams, facilitating development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of the system.- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions, utilizing technology to address gaps and ensure the system remains adaptable and aligned with organizational needs
