Conducting thorough due diligence, mapping existing value systems, and setting up decision-making structures on deals over $100m was some of the fun I had.

I was responsible for the sizing, planning, execution, and oversight of data center infrastructure and end-user computing-related modernization projects. I added to the best practices framework and new assets to assess the complexity of workload and estimate effort.
