Having worked majorly in Insurance, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Travel and IT Education sectors, with around initial 9 years of my career in Sales and thereafter in Training & Development, Coaching and Operations & Sales Support for the succeeding more than 17 years now.Have been a team player all through my career and have been responsible to develop & hand-hold large sized teams by way of working through budgetary constraints and minimal resources based on Improvised Resource Planning.In my present assignment with Edelweiss Life since November 2021, I'm managing relationships with the channel partners in Banca- CSB Bank and Fincare SF Bank, Corporate Agents & Brokers and Group Sales in the assigned territory of North India based at Regional Office in Delhi by way of managing the partner relationship through conducting various training interventions that is in line with the current best practices and business standards through meticulous planning & execution of training need analysis and conducting various training interventions for all stakeholders thereby resulting in Revenue Collection by respective FLS/ FLM assigned at partner locations.In my assignment with Quikr from November 2015 to March 2020, I was managing the entire training requirements of their Services business vertical for PAN India operations wherein I was responsible for end-to-end L&D Life Cycle i.e., from Conceptualization to Content Creation to Delivery to Training Evaluation along with Tele Sales Operations and hand-holding the Field Sales as well as Tele Sales Team through conducting Quality Audit Analysis.Have been an achiever w.r.t. my KRAs and have been aptly rewarded & recognized for all the work that I’ve put in to perform as per my KPIs in almost all my assignments so far.
