L.W.F., P.T. maternity Leave, Child Labour Rules ( Form A ), Equal Remuneration, IW-01, register of deduction for damage or loss, register of fines, register for advance, register of overtime, accident register, accident book, Leave with Wages Register ( form 18), Form 13 Workmen Register, Adult Register ( form 15 ), I.D. Register etc.. I follow the audit schedule as per the different clients in different locations, and present all those documents of Rao Tourist Services Pvt. LTd to them and maintain as per client's requirements. I handle and resolve queries raised during these compliance related audit conducted at clients' company. There are about 15 sites across whole Gujarat where audit is compulsory. Currently I am playing key role in our company's HR policy making. Basically it is my responsibility to compile the wording of HR Policy from different point of view to update the same whenever it requires. There are a I am also taking the presence data from various sites of my company and prepare the final attendance report for salary and ESI and PF .. I am also handling the ESI and PF related queries such as PF withdrawal related, KYC update related queries , ESI update and Death claims under ESI and PF rules. Show less
