BADM 395, Case Problem Formulation & Solution, prepared 50 students for careers in consulting by exposing them to key business topics through seminars with professors and corporate sponsors. Vikram was responsible for developing the course curriculum, coaching and mentoring students, and designing the framework for the Illinois Consulting Academy (ICA).

Vikram was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 50-person consulting firm, including developing organizational strategy and direction, training new members, and ensuring quality. Additionally, he led firm recruitment, optimizing marketing to attract the firm's largest ever applicant pool.

Overseeing an engagement with a $1B+ company, Vikram advised a Project Manager to ensure that client needs were met by working with Alumni, Consultants, and the Partner Team. He was also responsible for providing professional development opportunities for OTCR Consulting members.

Vikram was responsible for delegating workstreams to a team of four Consultants in order to analyze the client's current state and competitors, design a platform User Interface wireframe, and develop a 1-year marketing strategy for platform launch.
