Zenterior is a custom furniture company that provides complete control to the homeowners in terms of design, cost and quality while buying furniture for their new homes.Took care of the product and engineering. Built tech capabilities to automate every aspect of design, planning, procurement and assembly. Worked on taking the product as a SaaS tool to the market where Interior design and build companies used it to streamline their design and operations.The company now runs on an auto-pilot mode with a team of 7 members.

TownShops is a hyperlocal market-place to discover and purchase furniture and decor items from local shops.- Onboarded 25+ shops and cataloged their furniture and decor products- Generated around 300+ leads- Sold furniture worth Rs. 10L+ through our platform.Despite some early traction,- It was practically not possible to close the referral-purchase loop due to platform leakage.- We could not see the roadmap for the product-market fit.- During one of our campaigns, found a lot of interest for standardising modular furnitures, so pivoted to Zenterior as a marketplace for Interior companies.

- Worked as a Java/Perl developer in the team responsible for the development and maintenance of the core Trading System software.- Developed a couple of Java Swing-based applications on my own interest, one for viewing the trading system using a graphical interface and another, a GUI based querying tool for the in-house query language built for the trading system, which was later put to use by the team for development and testing.
