Advisory to deep-tech startup ecosystem focused largely in the Southeast Asia region.

• Integration lead for the first post-acquisition release. Highly cross functional role with responsibilities across the entire product lifecycle – from SKU definition to sales enablement for the entire MATE product portfolio• Defined and led a new channel program for strategic sales of the MATE portfolio along with major network equipment upgrades. Developed customer value propositions and delivered training for global sales and field. The program is expected to provide up to a $40M revenue boost.• Worked with BU executive leadership to analyze various options for software monetization and revenue recognition• Led software-licensing migration for the MATE portfolio. Performed analysis on historical product purchases to define smart product bundles and target pricing and discount for the bundles.

• Acted as a liaison between the field and engineering teams to help prioritize and resolve a variety of customer pain points• Designed strategic recommendations and mock-ups to help reduce touch points in product installation and increase operational efficiency in software licensing and release cycles

Critical hire in the team acquired by Cisco to build and drive the ASR 1000 router series to market with a very rich initial feature set. Led the design and implementation of various platform and control plane components. Significant contributions in QoS, HA, process frameworks, messaging and IPC performance, profiling, rapid prototyping and debugging frameworks

Member of the Platform Forwarding Team. Significant contributions in QoS drivers for new platforms, performance tuning of build infrastructure and prototyping code for chip bringup prior to ASIC delivery
