Current• Administrative and functional control of Garment Production activities .• Review the adequacy and implementation of systems and procedures.• Responsible for production volume and achieving the production targets.• To ensure that the targets are met in the stipulated time with the requisite manpower only.• To ensure that the targets are met as per Budget.• Cost Cutting by targeting areas like Manpower control, Rejections control & Productivity Improvement.• Quality related trouble shooting to achieve the buyer requirement and to reduce the volume of rejection.• Participate in all customer interactions pertaining to technical feasibility and quality problems.• Keeps track and control of all exceptions that could result in deviation in the shipment dates.• Facilitating smooth functioning of the different sections to ensure optimum productivity and maintenance of time boundaries.
