Accountabilities:~ Reporting to the Senior Manager as individual contributor for service delivery Projects for leading Telecom Service Providers in the Region for improvement of Service Assurance.~ Managing to comply with/improve all the KPI, as perceived by the customers, to meet the threshold, developing individual competence for the same through online self-learning and classroom trainings.~ Responsible for maintaining Blocked call & Dropped Call rate within threshold in order to improve the Customer’s perception as well as conducting RCA on Worst Cell for KPIs improvement.~ Involved in innovation by using new techniques in automation & process improvement including RF optimization, Cluster RF AT acceptance and swap site Design Data (CDD) preparation.~ Providing proposals for physical & parametric changes as per requirement to meet the pre KPIs of Swap sites.

Accountabilities:~ Reported to the Manager as individual contributor for optimization of GSM network of Assam Circle and maintain Network KPI within the threshold.~ Managed to monitor the Network Performance, on a regular basis, for reports & various RF parameters of cell sites and changed RF parameter to obtain the best network performance.~ Responsible for daily analysis of performance reports for poor performing cells, and to take necessary steps to improve cells performance.~ Involved in Customer Complaints Resolution within TAT and for TERM Regulatory testing execution, Report preparation, submission & acceptance. ~ Spearheaded generation of Frequency plan & Handover plan, using Schema Tool & implementation, to ensure proper optimization with better frequency reuse, regular neighbor tuning with the help of reports and drive test to improve HOSR.~ Coordinated with the drive test teams for their optimum utilization, routine drive test of top towns, drive test activity on sites migration (BSCs/MSCs) and software upgrade.~ Provided troubleshooting of drop calls, call failures, handover failures, bad quality, poor coverage, hardware faults, antenna tilt/orientation, add/remove neighbors and co/ad-channel interference.~ Released the capacity addition, removal & TenXc Antenna Planning and Optimization for capacity expansion on behalf of utilization and blocking.~ Interacted with Customer Service team for resolution of customer complaint within TAT. Co-ordination with RF Planning Team for various optimization/ deployment issues. ~ Supported TEC Drive test for Municipal towns as per TERM Regulations Municipal map conversion, to verify accurate latitude & longitude, Pre & Post Drive test & Call testing performed for TERM testing, Preparing & submitting TEC documents to TERM.~ Contributed to build a strong team by sharing knowledge and skill sets among fellow colleague.
