Working for Sciencelogic.EM7 Monitoring Tool:• Deploying the EM7 monitoring tools in the client place remotely using Webex.• Providing monitoring tool support to more than 200 customers in the USA and other countries.• Gathering the issues and providing technical support to monitor the infrastructure systems.• Communicating and troubleshooting the real-time issues of network devices in the EM7 tool using Webex directly to the customers.• Guiding the customer to create run books and notification policies for the devices.• Providing support to monitor the VMware EXSi, Netapp, and other network devices.• Replicating the issues in the local lab and doing quality assurance for the EM7 G3 monitoring tool.• Guiding and upgrading the monitoring tool to the latest version using the patch for the Customer.• Accessing the EM7 appliance from the backend through SSH and troubleshooting the problems.• Debugging the processes and analyzing the errors from logs from the backend.• Troubleshooting the traps, Syslog events and checking them using tcpdump from the backend.• Providing solutions to customers regarding dashboard issues.• Managing and installing the Mysql and analyzing the database table values.• Managing the ticketing system and providing solutions for the issue remotely. • Handling monitoring tool outages and gathering information related to outages.• Patching the appliances to the latest versions as per the customer's need.• Upgrading MySQL on Database appliances and collectors
