My responsibilities Included Pre and Post Award Contracts Administration including Pre Qualifications of Contractors, preparation and floating of tenders, negotiations with vendors and awarding of works. Post Award Contract Administrationincluding Change Order Management and providing recommendations for settlement of extra items and claims.Identifying Potential Claims from Contractor and advising Client on Mitigation/Settling of same. Design Management including Study of Design Briefs submitted by the Consultants vis a vis Clients requirements, planning and monitoring of design deliverables including drawings, specifications and BOQ’s from the Consultants as per requirements of Project Schedules. Preparation and monitoring of Master Schedule and Budget, including highlighting and addressing variances on a timely basis to avoid time and cost overruns.
