• Design the product to meet the customer requirement and specification.• Participate in customer meetings to understand there requirement and deliver data accordingly.• Design Products meeting the required component Tool Design requirements.• Participating in Design Reviews with Cross Functional Engineers & Manufacturing Team.

• Responsible for the design of the parts of respective zones w.r.t. the project input by the Customer Design Leader(C.D.L.)/Product Design Engineer(P.D.E.).• To have effective communication with Faurecia counterparts.• Estimate time required for completion of the assignment & plan for meeting delivery date with C.D.L./P.D.E.• Anticipate the potential issue regarding assembly, tooling, design flaws, etc and intimate the C.D.L.• Plan the activities to optimize the time, considering the lead time required for clarification from Faurecia counterpart.• To assign the work and mentor the CAD engineers and GET's.

• Patrolling audit on CTQ parameters (In process inspection).• Making first piece approval report.• Customer complaint if any necessary transformation of information to operator & final inspector.• Prepare quality plan as per customer requirement.• Preserve shift wise machine wise inspected sample & disposal as per defined frequency.• Monitoring required gauges available on machine.• To stop production if any problem regarding quality & give machine stop note.• Facing process, Product and Customer audits.• Documenting and maintaining records for IPIR, FPA, IPO, PDI, In-house rejection.• Taking corrective action for customer complaint.• Conducting daily CMM Inspection and accordingly make correction in process.• Attending daily in-house rejection meeting and noting down MOM, then accordingly take corrective action to reduce rejection.• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on daily in-house rejection.• Implement 5S in the shop floor & searching areas for improvement.

• Conducting on line inspection of jobs for specified tolerances.• Making tally sheets.• Documenting daily production, rejection.• Search for new areas of development.
