Major responsibility includes keeping the Middleware patching estate patched as per the latest Security Patches. Established a robust 24x7 support model to support the Patching activities globally. Working closely with the Stakeholders and Senior Management to make sure the Globalization, Standardization and Evergreening upgrades are driven seamlessly across Middleware domain.Interested in Process Reengineering and have designed/enhanced several processes. Responsible to publish Various Dashboard/Reporting to Senior Management and various Stakeholders across the bank.
