Program Quality Lead: North America and South Europe exhaust system programs• Working as a PQL for GM, Volvo, FCA and Ford programs and Support for other NAO and Europe exhaust system programs• Ensure completion of PQL work packages as per the Helios timeline.• Owner for the global generic documents of quality• Ensure to complete the Quality tasks as per APQP timeline and monitoring through-out the phase• Work on Quality Target Study during various program phases based on the past experience.• Define Customer PPM, Internal PPM, Warranty, Scrap PPM, Scrap % of sales, Rework, Supplier PPM, Capability and other Customer's target requirements.• Identify and implement applicable lessons learned in new programs to reduce risk of failure.• Preparation/ Updation of Control Plans (Proto, Pre & Production) based on inputs from core team.• Active participation in new program’s Proto Build activity• Define suitable Prototype Control Plan including- Incoming inspection for internal and external components, In-process and Final inspection.• Verify the coherence between DFMEA, PFMEA, Key Characteristic and Control Plan.• Responsible for gages, checking and testing fixtures (specification, Design review, follow up, R&R achievement, plant and customer acceptance)• Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards.• Support team in Engineering change management (assessing risks, identifying impact on his perimeter e.g. validations and gages)• Prepare & participate in PMS Reviews (Functional Milestones, TVR) regular reporting on progress and status• Contribute to project status assessment in preparation of project governance milestones (e.g. gate reviews, functional milestones).• Ensure a successful customer and internal PPAP approval and handing over to the plant• Work on weld analysis and synthesis reports• Participate in new program cardboard workshop with core team• Supporting to PMs to achieve OTD of all work packages as per the Helios timeline.
