Current• Examining and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.• Coordinating with the onshore team and achieving their objectives such as implementing a new process, developing statics etc.• Developing, Maintaining and Managing visuals advance reporting, dashboards in Power-BI, which helps support/ development /senior management to perform their analysis in order to improve stability of applications.• Understand the fundamentals of data… Show more • Examining and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.• Coordinating with the onshore team and achieving their objectives such as implementing a new process, developing statics etc.• Developing, Maintaining and Managing visuals advance reporting, dashboards in Power-BI, which helps support/ development /senior management to perform their analysis in order to improve stability of applications.• Understand the fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling for the data visualization process.• Analyze current reports/activities and suggest effective methods to enhance accuracy and performance.• Implementing monthly SLA reporting activities to ensure cycle is maintained and provider responsibilities are fulfilled• Interacting with stakeholders for various Incident, Change and Problem management• Ensure Root cause analysis and eliminate for major incidents / problems and ensure SLA• Handling escalations and resolve with concerned technical experts• Successfully implemented several service enhancements targeting reduction of MTTR, ensuring quality of the tickets by capturing timely updates, impacted applications, and business/client impacted for major incidents.• Maintains an overview of the problem queue, updating the status and keeping the affected stakeholder informed of progress.• Managing a major incident and to facilitate data collection and analysis, leading to a long-term fix for the issue. This ensures a permanent solution is investigated at the same time as the incident team is trying to resolve the immediate impact.• Identifying reoccurring incidents which could have major impact on business.• Assisting in Disaster Recovery Activities.
