• Floating Enquiry, Drafting of Contracts and Contractual documents/ Amendments/ Novations such as Letters of Intent, Project Management Agreements, Internal Contracts etc.• Making Purchase Order for all the major contracts related to expansion of the Refinery.• Ensuring timely payment to vendors, follow up/ expediting with the respective vendors for timely delivery of all equipments and materials.• Negotiating Contractual Terms and Conditions with executives from vendors.• Making Purchase Orders/Work Orders/ Value Contract in SAP for procuring good quality products/ services after finalization of all related terms and conditions with the respective vendors.• Maintaining and proper filling of all correspondences related to purchasing and database of all the contracts.
