* Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements including Cash Flow Statements as per US GAAP including preparation of various schedules and Notes to accounts. * Preparation and review of supporting documents required for adjustments in consolidation of Financial statements including overviewing Cash Flow adjustments. * Perform Accounts Receivables and Payables ageing analysis and reconciliations of various line items.* Calculation of Deferred & accrued revenue.* Revenue Variance Analysis and Quarterly Trend Analysis and suggesting the possible reasons for such variance.* Assistance in filing Tax returns through submission of accurate financial and non-financial information to the tax team.* Collecting W-9 from Vendors and filing 1099 return.* Sox Compliances.* Budgeting and Forecasting.
