My first job experience was In pvt company in Help-desk Department. I had worked their for 8 months. Their my role was to resolve customers queries on telephone.I had learn and understood about the best communication skill to regain any type of customer who is hyper or dissatisfied with the company services.After i got selected in Air India ( national Aviation company ).Their i was a security agent looking after all foreign flights and international flight under International flight handling unit ( Security ).My responsibility was to provide Security to company's property and staffs of company and passenger traveling from Company airlines.I had worked in air India for 10 months.I had took great experience and learn almost everything of aviation & achieved vast knowledge about aviation field.I also become a Team leader and assist my seniors in deployment of security agents and get the things done with proper operations.Later on i quit air India and joined as Senior security officer in international Investment bank. currently i m learning new things but still i am from same background so here i am managing the shift and handling 15 to 20 peoples under me. Managing the control room etc.
