Manage the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating technical tests & interviews, rate negotiation, the closing of candidates, facilitating Onboarding process and responsibility till joining of candidatesRecruiting Talent for the Client’s requirement in different metros,across the country.Sourcing from Job Portals, Linkedin, Dice, Career Builder and making job postings on Craiglist, ZipRecruiter etc.Fulfilment of formalities like background check, eRTR process etc.Achieve good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement and maintain close contact with candidates and internal stakeholderMaintain the Candidate Database. Screen Candidate for the available role to ensure the client receives the right match. Familiar with W2, 1099, C2C, C2H, EAD, US Visas etc. Good experience working on VMS and Covendis requirements.Filling Taxation for the 1099 contractors and handle Client accountUpdated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends
