•Supervision of the day to day affairs of the task assigned to the Committee Appointed by Supreme Court of India for inviting the claims from investors of a plantation company which failed to pay the promised returns to its investors. •Handling investigations in Northern Regional Office. Responsibilities included summoning for & analysis of information including accounting information, preparing report along with recommending actions for violations observed, if any, of SEBI rules and regulations, issuing show cause notices and conducting hearing etc. •Handling Mutual Fund activities in Mumbai. Responsibilities included overseeing compliance by Mutual Funds including auditors report, and preparing a report on same.
