▪️Working as GM Operations for 3 Plants; managing a workforce of 350+ Casual, 20 Permanent & 20+ Managers, Engineers, supervisors & executives.▪️Spearheading entire operations function as per goals of organization; developing new initiatives to create Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to support strategic directions ▪️Monitoring production operations with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of the activities.▪️Administering the entire Plant Operations including safe start-up, operations & shutdown of plant, troubleshooting and routine maintenance.▪️Directing day-to-day production & manufacturing operations, quality & projects through effective utilization of man, machine, method & materials and business excellence philosophy.▪️Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.▪️Deploying various methodologies for analysing processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations & rejection for realizing operational efficiencies, control costs and cycle-time.▪️Executing various techniques for cycle time / cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting tests, cost benefit analysis and implementation▪️Spearheading entire infra installation, erection & commissioning to reduce downtime & enhance operational efficiency as well as ensuring completion of the project within minimum turnaround time to maximize output.▪️Organizing Gemba Kaizen Workshops on regular basis
