My responsibilities involves:- Providing Service & Solutions in IT Infrastructure Services with expertise in ITSM suite ServiceNow and custom-built applications doing requirement analysis.- Creating and Analyzing Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules and UI Actions to implement business requirements and resolving existing defects.- Utilize the ServiceNow Service Catalog application for users to create Service Requests and Service Items, Configuring the Configuration Items.- Working with workflows and notifications.- Processing of data using SSIS and Creating Reports as per Business requirements using SSRS. - Involve in developing “Virtual Reports” application using SSRS. - Writing Stored Procedures and Views.- Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the business users. - Creating WSR and presenting it to client.- Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in reducing the effort with innovative thinking and fulfilling the client’s requirement.
