• Led the analysis of a FP7 consortium project (a large collaborative project), funded by European Union, on large datasets from sequencing and genotyping of 4,500 samples followed by association analysis on Meningococcal disease. Also presented this projects in consortia meetings. • Developed cnvCapSeq, a novel method for accurate and sensitive CNV discovery and genotyping in long-range targeted resequencing.• Whole exome sequencing dataset of different kinds of Mendelian diseases to identify causal and clinically actionable germline mutations• Guided students in bioinformatics analysis.
