Managing a fleet of 128 electric Vehicle (bus) at the PMPML Bhekrainagr Bus Depot. Managing Infrastructure and Manpower availability at depot for 24/7 Monitor shift loss, Breakdowns and vehicle availability on daily basis coordinate with PMPML and team for completion of required preventive maintenance or accident related maintenance within shift to ensure timely morning and afternoon out shedding of trouble free and safe vehicles (buses). Monitor schedule of preventive… Show more Managing a fleet of 128 electric Vehicle (bus) at the PMPML Bhekrainagr Bus Depot. Managing Infrastructure and Manpower availability at depot for 24/7 Monitor shift loss, Breakdowns and vehicle availability on daily basis coordinate with PMPML and team for completion of required preventive maintenance or accident related maintenance within shift to ensure timely morning and afternoon out shedding of trouble free and safe vehicles (buses). Monitor schedule of preventive maintenance activities 10 Days, Docking, General Check-up, attending driver complaints, Follow-up with Channel Partners for any actions Monitor Shift KM loss tracker and coordinate with Channel Partner for regular update Analyze vehicle (bus) wise shift loss and initiate necessary actions to ensure that vehicle (bus) does not attract penalty Monitor mileage of fleet at depot; Conduct survey for reasons for low mileage, Maintain record of breakdowns, driver complaints and maintenance schedule in SAP for analysis purpose; Initiate preventive actions in order to minimize breakdown. Conduct proper diagnosis and Root Cause analysis; Take necessary actions before next out shedding ensure no vehicle (bus) gets sick and breakdown in route. Managing parts consumption at depot Planning oil, lubricant and Tyre requirements and Monitor proper maintenance of lube card and Tyre card Conduct physical verification of Oil and Lubricant stocks Monitor consumption level Prepare and submit monthly requirements to Parts Manager. Conduct proper diagnosis and root cause analysis of failed parts using BYD diagnostic tools, software, and other equipment Verify premature material failure/faulty technical repair, Undertake preventive and corrective actions to extend life of parts specific to electric vehicle service.
