 Preparation of work method as per Design drawing for Air Distribution Duct-Layout, Chilled water Piping, Condenser Water Piping Schematic diagram, A/C Plant Room Layout, Ventilation & air-cooling system. Full active involvement in project meetings with the Project Team, Manager and QC team to resolve the site related issues. Coordination with Client and Contractors for work Progress and follow up with Contractors on their commitment to fulfil in time with tracking in line of their submitted work schedule. To ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of IFC drawing, method statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by checklist. Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector. Assist the Commissioning & Pre-commissioning of all stages of HVAC Equipment’s, Testing Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) of the Air and Hydraulic Piping’s. Prepared the Testing Inspection Report for Duct light testing for Ducts. Hydro test for above ground and Underground chilled water piping systems. Installation of Duct, Motorized Smoke Fire Damper and Variable air Volume. Installation of CI pipes, GI pipes, PE-AL-PE Pipe, MS Pipe and PVC pipes as per drawings.
