Responsible for PAN India Logistics Domestic & Import/ Export.Review & approve daily sales orders, with a logistics mindset to ensure entire downstream process routes order to customer specifications. Support Part & Rebuild Sales Operations with order flow management, such as compliance/credit holds, address or BOM changes, corrective shipments / order cancellations, etc. Continuously validate open backlog vs. incoming deals to understand & challenge order commitment from the warehouse. Hold weekly meetings with key accounts/distributors to review open orders, tracking updates, logistic challenges, process improvement, etc. Work through supply constraints and maintain shipping schedules for larger deals, ensuring customer is continuously updated until recovery. Support overall logistics alias, ensuring email queue is cleared & response time KPI of <24 hrs is met. Collaborate with warehouse planning daily, passing important customer information and prioritisation of orders. Validate timing of deals in commit and provide planning on Rebuild Machine, so that customer timelines are met, & any potential risks are communicated quickly.Excellent analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities. Research & suggest cost effective logistics solutions. Select carriers & negotiate contracts and rates. Implement ideal logistics techniques routes.Meet cost, productivity, accuracy & timeline targets. Auditing inventory, movement & rotation to maintain proper inventory levels & take actions for reducing obsolesces if any.
