Key Responsibilities :Vendor Development, Vendor selection, Price negotiation, Inventory Planning RFQ, RFI, Vendor database management, International Market Visit, Product Development, MIS, Cost Saving, QC Checking, Vendor payment, EPCG, well versed in EOU and Sez plants, Co-ordination with marketing, sales and accounts team (LC, TT, Dp, DA) & taking care of all form of import consignment including CHA nomination, forwarder nomination, Checking of Import documentation, Making contract with DHL UPS and Fedex and budget allocation for Yearly.• To Manage all the Import & purchase operations with in the organization.• Target achievement as per the company annual budget.• Inventory planning as per lead time of the suppliers for smooth flow of production. Considering safety stock and buffer stock.• To maintain the MOQ of all the repeated items and placing them the order if the qty comes down below MOQ.• To take the indent from respective team and warehouse team and issuing the Po to vendor.• Finalizing payment terms, shipment terms (FOB, CIF, DAT, FCA, FOB), lead time, warranty terms.• Taking quotation from all suppliers and placing orders to supplier for the best interest of the Org.• Making proper follow up for delivery and doing randomly inspection of the Internationally shipment.• To coordinate with Accounts departments for linkage of outstanding payments regarding LC, TT, DP , DA and Advance payment.• Maintaining the aging of the inventory.• Complete taking care of Capex purchase from across the globe i.e. Injection molding machine, Automatic assemble machine, sterilizer, Extruders, UV curing machines, etc.• Coordinating with the logistics department for nominating air and sea FF, shipment clearance at customs.• Checking all shipping documents for both air and sea.• Well versed in High seas sales agreement.• Passing All DHL/UPS/Fedex bills as per contract freezed for calendar year• Well versed in EOU, Sez plants, EPCG, Concessional certificate.
