Current• Experience on IT as well as Non-IT requirements.• Extensive experience working with contract as well as full time position.• Involved in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, screening, formatting and placing personal in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the information technology industry throughout the United State.• Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Hands on experience with job sites such as Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn• Recruit IT/Professional/Engineering candidates via internet databases (e.g. Monster, Career Builder and Dice), internal databases, cold calling, and gathering referrals when necessary.• Explain benefit and compensation packages, and negotiate salary to ensure that both the candidates and the clients are satisfied.• Screen candidates and rewrite their resumes to show how their experience matches the opening.• Prepare candidates for interviews, going over potential questions and guiding the candidate on the best method for answering them.• Interface with Candidates to best provide resources for the client’s needs.• Set up interviews with clients, either via telephone, Skype or in person interviews.• Proactively building resume database for potential requirements.• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.• Good Team player with Interpersonal skill.
