Senior Software Engineer
Current- Responsible for interacting with business partners to understand the functional requirements and preparing the functional and technical design documents that clearly state the process of delivering the project functionality.- Responsible for interpreting functional specifications and creating functional flow charts and data flow diagrams.- Responsible for creating scalable, maintainable, reusable code with minimum defects and ensuring high quality.- Involved in gathering of the requirements based on the analysis of empirical data and building the architecture of the software.- Responsible for performing effort estimations, preparing and maintaining project plan, facilitating reviews and approvals.- Responsible for performing feasibility analysis of the business requirements, identifying the system technical limitations and developing the alternate solutions to meet the desired functionality.- Responsible for writing complex SQL queries to extract data from MYSQL database as per the business requirements.- Involved in creating and executing test cases for system and integration testing and implementing solutions for error correction.- Responsible for preparing training manuals, delivering presentations and proof of concepts to business stakeholders.- Responsible for troubleshooting and debugging the application code to fix the performance issues.
