• Preparing monthly financial statements for each operation in compliance with IFRS.• Preparing client profitability report that are required for management decisions. • Preparing monthly financial analysis and reporting for finance director. • Assisting on annual budgets preparation for all operations based on historical data. • Assisting on monthly rolling forecast for all operations based on historical data and market trend. • Providing support to internal and external auditors on yearly basis. • Analyzing figures and implementing recommendations based on findings with the most profitable outcomes.• Preparing ageing analysis (AP/AR/Cost not received/WIP) and taking necessary action for overdue items• Performing administrative tasks including administration and management of vendor registration, client registration, PO validations• Reviewing sales invoices for Dubai operations and approving them.• Preparing the project costing covering income generated per project, project tracking/time costing by project and staff and executing the work load analysis required by management for recruitment decisions.• Conduct analytical revenue of monthly financial statements including TWCAP and reviewing the same with finance director. • Performing the media volume reconciliations off and on the ERP system for tracking and follow up on the media annual volume rebates for media operations. • Track media client spent by media vendor for the share of annual volume rebates• Preparing recurring journal vouchers including revenue accrual analysis, expenses and open purchase orders. • Coordinating with SSC in Dubai and India on daily basis and acting as approver for all accounting transactions.

Kuwait

• Maintain full charge of all accounting functions including MIS, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, Financial reporting, and Payroll. Work closely with the Finance Director in Dubai to review budget/forecast.- Using Hyperion & HFM software to upload the final result to the head office in Paris.- Examine journal vouchers, general ledger reconciliations, and numerous analyses including P & L variance, inter-company accounts, and ageing.- Manage month-end and year-end closing cycle. - Facilitated communication with the auditors.- Ageing of Payables and Receivables taken and follow-up with Suppliers and Clients.- Coordinating with Inter Company Branches to avoid any discrepancy.- Handling Accrued Billing/ Cost, Accrued Expenses on monthly basis to ensure Actual Revenue is reported.- Tracking and Authorizing the Volume Rebates received Monthly, Quarterly and Annually from Supplier are as per agreement.- Verifying Sales Invoices, Supplier Invoices, LPO’s.
