Currently, I specialize in 3D designing, specifically focusing on sheet metal design, and conduct R&D for airport conveyor systems. I implement simulations for optimization and create comprehensive Bills of Material for 3D-designed parts and sheet metal components. I bring expertise in precision engineering to ensure the efficiency and reliability of conveyor systems in airport environments, particularly for FOX Solutions.As a mechanical engineering graduate with a CGPA of 8.89, I am excited to join an organization where I can leverage my skills and make a meaningful contribution to its success. My experience as an R&D Engineer at Orchid Scientific & Innovative Solutions has helped me gain exposure to the latest technologies and develop a strong problem-solving ability.During my internships at DRDO, Jitendra EV Tech., and Garware Poly Hi-Tech, I worked on a variety of projects and gained experience in design engineering, simulation, and testing software. I am proficient in Dassault Systems SolidWorks, Catia V5, and Creo Parametric, as well as programming languages such as Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL.One of my most significant projects involved designing a robot that runs on stepper motor for the automation of fins de-coring operation in segmented mandrel of solid rocket motor. This project allowed me to apply my knowledge of material analysis, Denvit and Dartman principles, drawing study, 3D modelling, and simulation.Apart from my technical skills, I possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
