Working as a Lead QA consultant @ Thoughtworks Technologies India my responsibilities include:- Day to day activities of a QA like Kickoff and Devbox for story, exploratory testing, etc.- Create and maintain automation framework- Manage and come up with a testing approach/strategy around a project- Coaching client + fellow QA's around adopting Agile testing methods- Understand challenges faced by client QA's and help them find solutions- Providing vision and creating road map for the future testing needs in project- Advocate quality practices within the team. Continuous review of existing practices

My responsibilities in SNS were- Come up with a test strategy for a project- Evaluate and choose automation testing tools and frameworks- Doing day to day QA activities like talking to SME's to understand requirements, testing the requirements and automating the tests.

Major responsibilities included coming up with testing approach or a project. Along with it designing an automation framework, co-coordinating with the team regarding defects, prioritizing them.
