Primarily involved in the development of a new construction high rise luxury hotel and retail project at Times Square- NYC and other new construction projects involving residential design and project RFPs.Have experience working on projects from schematic design thru Construction administration. Have worked with the design Partner in charge and the marketing team to develop design drawings, presentation material and package for project RFPs. Developed design options using 3D modeling and hand sketches and further incorporated these ideas into the Revit model to set up the project model and assist with consultant coordination. Attend periodic client meetings and prepare presentation material- 3D views, massing diagrams, area take offs and building drawings for design review. Have worked on the Zoning and Egress package, DOB filings and looked into various building code issues and City planning diagrams. Have progressed into the role of the Project Architect and assist with Project management during the CA phase. The fast track nature of the projects allowed me to gain valuable experience with construction drawings documentation with design assist. Attended periodic meetings and coordination session with the client, engineers, consultants and the GC. The Revit model used as a BIM coordination tool to resolve conflicts, develop design options and project documentation. The CA phase has been very challenging with improvised design solutions and details to fit site conditions and coordinating submittals, RFIs and punch lists.

Further Revit as an BIM application used to develop custom families,schedules, project parameters and produce Design Documents and Construction Drawings.Facade research, develop Design Documents and Construction documents and for a lobby facade renovation in NYC.Assisted in setting up a Hospital (Healthcare Studio) project in Revit and working through Design Development.

Generate and develop 3d model and design options , hand sketches and presentation diagrams. Assisted the team to develop and document the project through Construction Document Phase. Workplace studio- Working on new construction office buildings and residential projects, was responsible for creating design presentation packages, 3D studies, material selection and code and area analysis working towards the overall design intent under the supervision of the project Architect and Design Partner. As the projects progressed, assisted with construction drawings, and bid packages.

As an Architectural Intern helped with physical study models and hand sketches working towards the design intent. Assisted with the drawing documentation and preliminary presentation packages for residential houses in Goa, India.
