As a UNSW Hero, I played an active role that aimed to fundamentally enhance experience within the UNSW community (Students, Staf, and Alumni). I was responsible for the creation and presentation of an innovative service improvement concept to implement around campus. This was achieved through:- Engaging and attending with a series of workshops run by industry partners of the Hero Program (such as Qantas, Adobe, Accordant, Johnson&Johnson, Uber, Microsoft, Spotify etc) and implementing the shared knowledge and experience to continually strengthen the service improvement scheme.- Collaborating with industry professionals, mentors to continuously improve and refine our service improvement scheme.- Working closely within a team to confront a challenge within the UNSW Community, and improve UNSW 2025 Strategy plan, through a process of critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making, to create innovative technological solutions to address the issue raised in the campus.- Building strong relationships with group members, program staff and industry executives to expand and fortify professional network.
