The Money Club is into Peer-to-Peer Lending space. The Money Club mobile platform lets people pool up funds and access the lump sum whenever they need it the most. It's one of the finest group savings example today!I talk to customers for solving their queries, explaining them the Money Club concept, basically getting them on-board. I manage all the groups running on our platform. Also, I am involved into verification and risk assessment. I have technical skills too, not because of the technical background but because of the love for technology, so I handle the Money Club official website too.I also take the role of a Product Manager here. I talk to our active customers (who are using the Money Club app) and get valuable feedback from them regarding the changes required in the Money Club app, which new features can be added or which existing features need to be improved. Also, I get insights via talking to new customers and I use those insights to make the Money Club app more intuitive.I am here to keep the show running! :D
