Our team leveraged SQL and Power BI to visualize recruitment data, enhancing hiring strategies by analyzing information from over a thousand employees. This initiative not only improved recruitment processes but also empowered colleagues through biweekly training programs in data analytics.My education laid a strong foundation in understanding and utilizing Relational Database and Agile Methodologies, which I applied during my tenure at Technovert.
