Safety first, I am the designated Accountable Executive, the person answerable to Transport Canada, and ultimately responsible for our actions.Touchpoint components include retail-like elements in our departure terminal; customer service with high service standards and expectations; the technical, operation of airplanes; manufacturing in the provision of aircraft maintenance; regulatory compliance; and governance via strong financial reporting treating each aircraft as an independent business unit and shareholder.
