Mostly involved with internal business development projects, both on a strategic and operational level. - Led an entire overhaul of our CRM system from pre-negotiation to the implementation stage. - Drove a key initiative and organization-wide effort to migrate a majority of our clients to a new platform. My responsibilities being both operational; auditing client relationship and set-up to design an updated solution, as well as strategic.The majority of tasks assigned to me in client-facing projects revolved around processing & coding survey data, quality control and other analytical tasks.

Developed a strategic framework for managing a diversified business model portfolio

- Planning, prioritizing and monitoring AMX, CB & CBM-motor production. - Overseeing and optimizing the production process from start to delivery based on OI, MA, forecasts and occupancy plans. - The vast majority of tasks performed in SAP (ERP 6.0) and Excel.

I was mainly in charge of developing, designing and implementing a comprehensive and automated sales report in PowerBI for our Product Management department. The primary purpose of the PRM-report was to provide information to key decision makers, in real-time, regarding product families, customer data, OOH, etc. Other miscellaneous tasks included: - Analysing current forecasting methods & tools, and subsequently research and present potential improvements. - Building/ developing the price structure for the Hägglunds CA-motor family.

- Education directed to IT-Technicians and Developers on platforms such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Novell and others.- IT-related methodology training in areas such as ITIL, Scrum and other known best practices.- Training in Leadership and project-oriented skills such as Change management, Business skills and Presentation skills.
