Responsible for the entire business performance and development of the Customer Portfolio Management department (a team of 40+ professionals), incl.:• Collection divisions (Soft, Hard, Legal, Closing): management and structuring of the collection of receivables process in all stages. Hands on approach on the most complicated and material cases. With this regard member of the Bad debt, Legal proceedings, Impairment, Assets liability, Risk and Products committees• Restructuring division: excellent experience in leading the restructuring division, hands on approach in structuring and implementation of personalized to the cases solutions for strengthening of the deals;• Full Service Leasing division: project initiation and successful launch of the “Full-Service Leasing”. Structuring of the service levels (packages), negotiations with external providers, sales strategy, team set-up • Insurance division: management and structuring of the processes. Negotiations with insurance companies, brokers and customers, launch of new insurance products that increase the income from insurance sales for the company. With this regard member of “Risk-insurance” committee • Back office administration division: Creation ‘from scratch’ of key processes within the unit that led to internal optimizations. Launch of archiving procedure• Lease assets management and remarketing division: structuring and management of the whole process from the repossession to the successful sale of the assets. Negotiations with external providers, marketing strategy, negotiations with customers for sale of non-standard and material assets, incl. real estates. With this regard member of Assets management and Real estate management committee• Security division: management of the process, negotiations with external providers, public authorities, etc• Call center division: structuring of the processes in the unit which covered the whole incoming and outgoing phone and other communication with the customers
