Twelve years in the restaurant industry, nine of which were in management roles, provided me with the skills and patience necessary to work with and develop strong teams. 2019 presented an opportunity to use my skill set to work with restaurant management teams as I pursued a career with Steritech. I worked as a Quality Management Specialist for two years before being promoted to Operations Manager. My previous management experience, with the aid of my teams in Mississippi and Louisiana, helped lead my Specialists to win Operations Team of the Year in 2022.I value transparency and growth above all else as it pertains to management. The success of the team is the success of all.The companies I've worked with over the last few years continue to allow me to work with and develop those around me.
