As Senior Product Manager/Package Designer my responsibilities were being able to establish production schedules and oversee internal and external resources as well as to direct and mange my department to produce award winning print and package designs. I was to manage and take lead on all brand identity and packaging programs produced at the national level. Develop brand identity tools and training materials for development strategy and implementation. Serve in a administrative role with all outside vendors and services. I would collaborate with sales regions and other Package or Print Designers to ensure the Brand cohesiveness. Create standards that address the needs and desires of each of our sales regions that are specific to geographic areas. I was to manage the selection of the external support staff to support the development of Design needs in a timely manner. As a Designer my creativity and innovative solutions helped manage and produce some of Quakers most effective designs. My last 2 years I was managing 40% of Quaker business by request of the various departments.
