Software engineer at Saab

Performed research in crystallography using electron diffraction. Identified a need for better interfaces for the software tools in the field. Learned Python to create Scipion-ED, an open source interface for software tools in electron crystallography. Developed extensive presentation experience, with audiences including peers and students. Taught first-year students in a chemistry lab setting and graded reports.

Investigation of heat tints on welded joints as part of the EU project JOINOX. The work required modification of a standard method to fit the samples as well as Matlab scripting for visualisation. Parts of the work resulted in a scientific paper.
