• Leading technical management of 5 jack-up vessels in Qatar and North West Europe (NWE), overseeing marine operations of 13 jack-up vessels in (NWE) and Arabian Gulf regions as a Marine Manager.• Implementing and driving initiatives that continually improve profitability and service levels to the Client.• Implementing, maintaining, improving safe system of work in offshore operations.• Ensuring a high standard of operational and technical integrity of vessels.• Ensuring continual improvement and implementation of HSE and QA performances throughout Operations in Qatar and NWE.• Ensuring implementation and compliance with ISM Code and Safety Management System onboard offshore vessels.• Ensuring vessels comply with Flag State and Class requirements.• Ensuring proper planning of projects such as mobilizations and major repairs including the development of project procedures, identification of resources, critical paths, and schedules.• Ensuring projects are supervised and managed for desired outcomes, reporting on progress throughout, analyzing any variance at completion.• Ensuring the vessels are kept in Class at all times with full set of relevant legislation.• Holding overall responsibility for effective management of cost within operations including crewing, repair and maintenance, dry-docking, logistics, and mobilization.• Ensuring maximum vessel utilization and minimum downtime, setting and achieving targets and objectives.• Setting and managing annual departmental and vessel budgets, ensuring financial control within the budget allocated is maintained.• Ensuring identification of critical spares, ensuring stocks maintained at optimum levels for fleet.• Ensuring adequate crewing of offshore assets with crew trained, STCW and Client requirements compliant.

• Overseeing marine operations of 13 jack-up vessels in North West Europe (NWE) and Arabian Gulf regions.• Marine Authority of GMS, providing marine expertise in marine and Dynamic Positioning operations to the fleet of 13 self-propelled / DP jack-up vessels. • Assuring compliance with international and national legislation, Operator, Client standards and marine procedures, best industry practices. • Ensuring that Regional Managers conduct marine operations in compliance with the standards and procedures of Operator.• Carrying out vessel audits and warranty survey services as set up by underwriters of the Operator.• Reviewing documentation in Operator’s business management system, including jack-up Operating Manuals, DP Operations Manuals, QHSE and technical documentation.• Performing the duties of Senior Master in sea trials, jacking trails, and DP trials as applicable.• Performing duties of Port Captain as / when applicable.• Leading role in process of sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and recruiting senior offshore marine personnel, taking into account operational and client requirements in various regions.• Mentoring and developing senior crew following the Operator’s learning and development vision.• Developing and promoting Standards on Training and Competence Assurance Barge Masters on self-propelled and DP jack-up vessels.• Delivering of IJUBOA 0A Course for jack up Barge Masters 0A.• Participating in business development areas, seeking marine contracts, and maintaining client relationships for a fleet of 13 vessels.

• Marine Authority of GMS, providing marine expertise in marine and Dynamic Positioning operations to the fleet of 15 self-propelled / DP jack-up vessels.• Assuring compliance with international and national legislation, Operator, Client standards and marine procedures, scheduling and controlling all day-to-day marine activities offshore, liaising with Client, assuring the vessels are operated by the Masters safely.• Ensuring Regional Managers conduct marine operations in compliance with standards and procedures of Operator.• Being involved in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of marine risks, using all available industry tools including those pertaining to jack-ups such as in SNAME, ISO, DNVGL, etc. standards and recommended practices.• Developing rig move procedures, attending HAZID workshops and rig move meetings with the Client when applicable.• Carrying out vessel audits and warranty survey services as set up by underwriters of the Operator.• Reviewing documentation in Operator’s business management system, including jack-up Operating Manuals, DP Operations Manuals, QHSE and technical documentation.• Performing the duties of Senior Master in sea trials, jacking trails, and DP trials as applicable.• Performing duties of Port Captain as / when applicable.• Leading role in process of sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and recruiting senior offshore marine personnel, taking into account operational and client requirements in various regions.• Mentoring and developing senior crew following the Operator’s learning and development vision.• Developing and promoting Standards on Training and Competence Assurance Barge Masters on self-propelled and DP jack-up vessels.• Delivering of in-house simulator and geotechnical training to GMS Barge Masters and candidates for promotion.
